Bellwether Advisory assists governments and private sponsors in developing fair, bankable and sustainable public-private partnerships. We provide advice on the necessary financial, commercial, legal, regulatory, managerial, technical and institutional requirements for successful project identification, design, packaging, tender and implementation.

Public-private partnerships are being used as a key development strategy and policy tool to improve the delivery of public services and infrastructure facilities worldwide. In the Philippines, nearly US$ 20 billion worth of investments in privately financed infrastructure have been made. Most have succeeded but a few have failed. We know the laws and policies, the opportunities and pitfalls, the players and stakeholders, the best practices and lessons learned. We can source transactions and also guide sponsors or investors through the development process.

Private Investments and Business Acquisitions

Bellwether Advisory's professionals have successfully executed or advised on different investment transactions from acquisitions of or private investments in energy assets, public utilities and infrastructure facilities, to takeovers of banks and publicly-listed companies. We can originate these transactions but our services can also cover the due diligence work, negotiation and documentation review aspects up to financial closing.
